This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Royal Master App Zone ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related digital content (collectively, "Services").

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE REVIEW SECTIONS 13-15 CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering an account, accessing, or utilizing any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and irrevocably agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Services.
2. MODIFICATION PROVISIONS
2.1 Agreement Updates
We reserve the exclusive right to modify, amend, or replace any portion of this Agreement at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via registered email and prominent Service notifications at least thirty (30) days prior to implementation.
2.2 Continued Use Doctrine
Your continued use of Services following the effective date of any modifications constitutes conclusive acceptance of the revised terms. You bear sole responsibility for regularly reviewing the most current version of this Agreement.
3. SERVICE LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS
3.1 Virtual Currency License
Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual currency (including Gold Coins) solely within the Services ecosystem. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership or any proprietary rights.
3.2 Transfer Prohibitions
Strictly prohibited activities include:
Sale, lease, or commercial exploitation of virtual currency
Account transfer or inheritance claims
Cross-platform currency exchange
Third-party marketplace transactions
Violations may result in immediate account termination, asset forfeiture, permanent banning, and pursuit of legal remedies.
4. ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION
4.1 Qualification Criteria
You represent and warrant that you:
Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
Are not a resident of prohibited jurisdictions (currently Washington, Idaho, Quebec, or Ontario)
Maintain only one active account per lifetime
Provide accurate registration information verified by government-issued identification
Use Services exclusively for personal entertainment purposes
5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
5.1 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Maintaining current account information
Implementing robust security measures
Preventing unauthorized access
Immediately reporting suspected compromises
6. CONTENT PROVISIONS
6.1 User Content License
By submitting content through our Services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize such content without additional compensation or attribution.
7. SERVICE DISCLAIMERS
7.1 Availability
Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with your equipment.
8. LIABILITY FRAMEWORK
8.1 Damage Cap
Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Company during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the claim incident.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 Jurisdictional Basis
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9.2 Arbitration Mandate
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
